Orders cancelled more than 48 hours prior to your event or delivery will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on how much preparation has been completed.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or event time.
